Q. HOW DO I BOOK MY HOLIDAY?

A. Click on the 'Infint Package' menu or Package icon and view our standard packages and choose the Package you wish to visit by glancing through the lists and clicking the more details. Fill the online enquiry form. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please note: Your holiday is not booked until we have confirmed - this should happen within a few hours.

Q. Do you offer any customized packages based on our needs?

A. Remember, our specialty at Infint Holidays is to create customized programs. If you have any individual requests, please contact us and one of our travel specialists will design an itinerary and quote for you. The quote given to you will be our NET price/offer.

Q: I am ready to book, how do I pay for the program/services ?

A: Our representative will e mail the order form, reservation and payment details to you. You will need to fill out and sign our mail order form. We accept payments by credit card MASTERCARD and VISA. If you do not want to pay by credit card, our Head Office bank details are located on our invoice and you can deposit the Money by bank transfer.

Q: How much deposit is required ? When do I pay the balance ?

A: We require a 50% balance payment to secure the reservations. The remaining balance of 50% is due prior to the departure date of the Package.

Q: After my reservations have been made what type of confirmation or documents will I receive ?

A: You will received a Confirmed tour packages from our representative which includes the itinerary with hotel details and our office / guide contact information. Any other documents that you may need such as bus tickets will be given to you upon your arrival or will be waiting at the hotel reception and this will be explained to you.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: All travel arrangements should be booked at least 48 hours in advance. For holiday packages and custom-made tours, we strongly recommend booking with at least three weeks’ notice. For larger groups we recommend booking with a few months’ notice. Advance booking gives us a better chance to reserve the very best choices of accommodation for you.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: If a written and signed cancellation notification is received before departure we can accept the cancellation and the following charges apply:
